Top 5 Theme Parks Apps on iOS in Egypt - Q1 2023

The first quarter of 2023 saw interesting trends for the top five theme park apps on the iOS platform in Egypt. Here’s a look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Disneyland® Paris experienced fluctuating download numbers throughout Q1. Downloads peaked at 183 in the last week of December and then saw a significant drop, reaching as low as 27 by the end of March. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 325 and decreasing to 158 by the end of the quarter.

Global Village Dubai showed a moderate download trend, starting at 93 in the last week of December and dropping to 31 by the end of March. The app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Disneyland® had a low but steady revenue stream, with minor fluctuations around $1 per week. Downloads saw a downward trend, starting at 62 and falling to just 2 by the end of March. Active users also decreased from 126 to 49 over the quarter.

My Disney Experience had a varied revenue performance, peaking at $73 in the last week of December and then dropping to around $2 by the end of March. Downloads peaked at 66 in the last week of January but significantly dropped to 5 by the end of March. Active users showed a declining trend from 68 to 36.

Universal Orlando Resort had minimal download activity, starting at 32 and dropping to just 2 by the end of March. Active users started at 32, saw a peak of 38 at the end of January, and then data was not available for the entire quarter.
